Il Visibilio, a Michelin-starred restaurant and a beacon of excellence in Tuscany, hosted a highly anticipated event for fine dining enthusiasts last month: a four-hands dinner between executive chef Daniele Canella and visiting chef Jonas Zörner of Berlin’s GOLVET. Guests were treated to a sensory journey rooted in creativity and passion, with each dish designed to evoke strong emotions and leave a lasting impression.

TWO CHEFS, FOUR HANDS, AND A DINNER WHERE TWO CULTURES COLLIDE
This one-of-a-kind event went beyond taste to become a fully immersive experience. Thirty lucky diners took part in this intimate and unique dinner, where each dish told a story, evoking strong emotions and creating lasting memories. Throughout the evening, Canella delighted guests with traditional Tuscan dishes, such as ribollita with sea urchin, black cabbage, and cannellini beans. Meanwhile, Zörner showcased langoustine, Wagyu beef, and Thai basil, crafting an intense and surprising combination of flavors.

By bringing together two worlds of contemporary cuisine, the dinner sparked an engaging conversation which saw distinct culinary styles complement one another, offering a journey through complex flavors and unexpected combinations. Following the great success of this inaugural event, Il Visibilio is already planning new collaborations for 2025, which are set to feature international guests and deliver unforgettable experiences.
